Shipping policy

General Shipping & Delivery Information:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

COD only available for orders placed in the UAE. Please do not select the COD option for any other country.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48hours after the payment is processed. Deliveries are tracked and few deliveries must be signed for as per the carrier.

Public holidays and bank holidays will affect your expected delivery date. All orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next working day.  The warehouse is closed on Sunday.

Custom Duties & Local Taxes: Unless specifically mentioned by Aqua Glint, all orders are subject to country specific Customs Duty charges, local taxes and handling charges. These charges vary according to the country of destination and ongoing import laws. These charges are to be borne by the recepient of the order(i.e. customer/receiver purchasing the order).
Customs duty charges, local taxes and handling charges are not refundable.
